203 North LaSalle

Chicago, IL

203 North LaSalle, constructed in 1986, underwent a rebranding under the leadership of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas. We were contacted by Eckenhoff Saunders Architects (ESA), the architect of record, to develop an art program for the ground floor lobby and atrium plus the second floor tenant amenity spaces, including a conference center and tenant lounge. Our designers worked with their interiors department and with the client to select a bright and contemporary art program. In addition to our selection of embellished, reproduction prints on canvas, that look and act just like original, commissioned oil paintings, we introduced black and white urban photography. Our team helped with budget development, art selections, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and security installation.
